In this role you will:
1. Oversee, lead, and set priorities for the parts warehouse team
2. Select, coach, train, and develop direct reports, to include appraising
job performance and conducting performance reviews
3. Enforce all safety policies and procedures
4. Maintain physical condition of warehouse, tools and equipment;
budget, schedule and coordinate repairs and requisitions for
replacement
5. Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
6. Develop warehouse layout, product flow and handling systems; ensure
efficient space utilization
7. Control and manage inventory; reconcile with data storage system;
investigate discrepancies
8. Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies
9. Maintain and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators
10. Ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction; resolve conflicts
11. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure
guests and team members are supported at the highest level
12. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies,
and procedures
