Our typical process for getting new clients involves giving a WebEx demo of our software. Sometimes this is followed by a proof of concept. Next, we architect a solution and build prototypical interfaces that can be utilized during customer training. After we may build out the first interfaces for clients, or we may mentor them as they build them on their own. As part of our ongoing support, we may be asked to make enhancements, improve performance, or dive into the code and troubleshoot issues.
We are seeking hands-on Java engineers who love programming, architecting solutions, working with customers and solving complex integration problems. Our software is built in Java, so Java proficiency is a must.
