Position Summary
Pima Community College is elevating our professional Human Resources services! Announcing a new Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role within Human Resources. The new HRBP drives our mission by working with leaders across the College to achieve results by being innovative, driven, collaborative, and trustworthy.
The HRBP provides consultative services for the College, collaborating with leadership, managers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions. This role is hands-on and provides expertise in the areas of employee relations, employment investigations, Title VII and Title IX investigations, performance management, employee retention, management & staff coaching/development, and conflict management. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs; communicating needs proactively with the HR department and leaders. The HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions and develop partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to employees and managers that reflect the objectives of the department.
This role is responsible for creating solutions to drive the realization of College-wide strategic priorities and objectives from a culture and employee engagement perspective; helps translate strategies and goals into actions and interventions; and facilitates the changes needed to achieve desired outcomes.
