Billing Coordinator:
Pinnacle Partners has partnered with a company in Carmel, in search of a Billing Coordinator. This is a direct hire opportunity that is fully in-person. An ideal candidate for this position would have 3-5 years of medical billing experience along with AP experience. Additional information on the opportunity is below:
Duties:
– Invoicing
– Daily posting of receipts
– Manage patient accounts, collect payments, and update accounts to reflect changes
– Review reports and resolve issues
– Handle insurance pre-certs
– Identify co-pays for front desk staff
Experience:
– Ideally 3-5 years of medical billing experience
– Medical office experience
– Basic understanding of Medicaid and managed care products
– Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel
Hours:
– Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
– Must be flexible and willing to stay late when needed
Pay:
– $18-$25/hour depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
