Responsibilities of the Technical Recruiter include:
Collaborate with hiring managers to gather and understand position requirements and needs
Partner with finance team to effectively communicate timeline of potential hires and address all budgetary concerns
Set and manage timing expectations for both candidates and hiring managers
Highly proficient in sourcing candidates through job fairs, job boards, networking, referrals, and all other creative sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates
Report and track applicant flow and recruiting metrics
Ability to maintain multiple roles (7-10+) with efficiency and unwavering quality
Qualifications of the Technical Recruiter Include:
3+ years of experience in a Technical Recruiter position with a focus on recruiting for Software Engineering/Development
Experience in full recruitment lifecycle
Highly proficient in ATS (applicant tracking system) tools
Experience in talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other related platforms
Passionate about people and building teams that work together to create a great work environment
