Position: Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

Summary:
The HR Coordinator provides a comprehensive administrative support of day-to-day operations of human resources department and works closely with all departments to provide effective HR support service to the company.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Maintain HRIS system by ensuring all new hires are onboarded in a timely manner and imported into coordinating systems.
Coordinate the onboarding checklist process, then send, collect, and file all the new hire documents required.
Oversees and audits EEO/AAP and VETS filings to remain in compliance.
Responds to Employment Verifications.
Assist the Human Resources department with various projects including but not limited to surveys, company notifications, and HR audits.
Responsible for the Union corrective action mailings.
Any and all other duties as directed by the HR Manager.
Required educational background or equivalent experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S.).
Minimum one (1) years’ admin experience
Must be professional and organized with strong attention to detail.
Willingness to grow and learn within the Human Resources department.
Ability to use Microsoft MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to work with different levels throughout the company always keeping a high level of confidentiality.
