Key MissionFor this role, your goal is to support and empower Talent Coaches and to be a resource for each individual – to understand their challenges and assist in their growth so as to ensure that they are successful in their roles which ultimately ensures mentees’ success on the platform
Key ActivitiesMaintenance and support of the Talent Coach execution alongside continuous improvementsWeekly 1-1 and quarterly PGR (Performance Growth Review) conversations with direct reportsIntrateam collaboration between co-managers and TC specialistsCross-team collaboration with engineering, product, customer success, and mentor successAssist with the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new team membersDriver of initiatives surrounding the Talent Coach team
