Plato Hiring for Talent Coach Manager (Internal) at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a Talent Coach Manager to supplement our existing 2 person leadership team. As a Talent Coach Manager, you will co-manage a team of 17 highly motivated and engaged Talent Coaches. You will be responsible for leading team meetings, managing support shifts, driving initiatives, delivering on metrics, and communicating across teams. You will participate in brainstorm sessions, discussions, and projects aimed at making current processes more efficient and creating productive new processes. You will be working directly with the Mentee Success team in conducting discussions on how they can achieve their goals, matching them with suitable initiatives, and ultimately assisting them on their journey to become successful Talent Coaches.
