PMCS INC Hiring For Accounts Receivable at Long Beach, CA Full Time

Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Prepare client invoices and ensure proper backup documentation is attached.
• Prepare logs and track client billings
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• AA in Accounting or other related field
• Expert knowledge in client invoicing
• Fundamental knowledge of contracts
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
