POIZON Global Hiring for Warehouse Manager at New Jersey, United States Full Time

Position Responsibilities:

1.Assist in the execution of overseas warehouse management and operations, optimizing costs and innovating services to ensure the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of international warehouse operations align with company goals.

2.Execute end-to-end warehouse services including inbound, inventory management, and outbound processes in accordance with the overall company operations strategy, taking responsibility for the results.

3.Coordinate internal resources and work closely with business and product teams to provide stable, efficient, and accurate services.

4.Coordinate with key channels for effective management, ensuring timely project launches.

5.Handle exceptional issues with the warehouse system, analyze and summarize exceptional situations, and develop preventive and corrective measures.

Qualifications:

1.Senior-level experience in warehouse management, with at least 3 years of experience in international warehouse management.

2.Excellent project management experience and skills.

3.Strong logical thinking and ability to analyze and clarify business processes.

4.Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
