Responsibilities:
The Logistics Support Coordinator is accountable for managing all logistic processes involving Lifestyle Design in the assigned area and ensures the continuous and efficient supervision of the supply chain operations. Directly reporting to the Central Logistic Manager and functionally to local CFO, the Logistics Support Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:
Main Activities:
• Plan, organize and execute logistic and supply chain processes for the showrooms and dealers in the assigned area
• Provide the ETAs (containers) and coordinate the deliveries with the customer service and sales consultants
• Release orders upon arrival of the containers
• Maintain high level of quality in warehouse
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and examine upon arrival
• Securing the cost-effective logistic processes
• Provide costs and logistic/storage offers for the sales
• Review logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks and service agreements.
• Develop and implement shipping and receiving procedures.
• Secure the high standard performance in the customer delivery and installation processes
• Prepare items for shipment to customers and/or return to supplier
• Monitor the inventories in warehouse and showrooms
• Executing the showroom transfer orders with the local showroom manager
• Supporting the sales teams at showrooms and dealers with seamless logistic processes
Main interactions:
• Sales teams of Lifestyle Design group showrooms in the assigned area
• Lifestyle Design Sales Support and Customer Service Specialist
• Warehouse and logistic partners in identified locations/cities
• Showroom Managers for the transfer order processes
• Showroom Managers for maintaining the inventories
• Sales Directors for the quality and branded procedures in the supply-chain management
• Finance departments for the inventory accuracy
