General Summary:
The S/4 Project Supply Chain Analyst is a full time dedicated position responsible for assisting the supply chain workstream with the business integration to a single ERP system (SAP S/4 Hana). The S/4 Project Supply Chain Analyst will act as the main point of contact for the SCE team regarding Integrated Test Cycle (ITC) processes, data conversion activities, and other assigned tasks as appropriate. This individual will lead / participate on projects leveraging LSS principles to effectively integrate current business processes to align with the future system capabilities. This role is a temporary assignment and at the conclusion of the implementation it is the expectation that the incumbent find a permanent role within the organization. An adequate time will be provided for the applicant to seek permanent placement at the conclusion of the integration which is currently estimated to be December 31, 2024, six months after the projected SAP S/4 Go-live date of July 1, 2024.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead test script creation and execution of ITC testing for the supply chain (SCE) workstream
o Lead SCE team ITC in scenario creation
o Lead SCE team in ITC testing
§ Including on-boarding new testing resources
o Complete remaining user story testing as required
o Document all gaps, collaborate with consultants on required fixes
• Lead data conversion activity for the SCE workstream
o Provide input to data team regarding SCE requirements
o Assist with data loads, data cleansing, and data mapping
§ Cleanse data in legacy systems if needed
§ Update legacy master data as required
• Leadership on other integration focused LSS projects
• Other duties as assigned
Physical/Environmental Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to talk and/or hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to a normal office environment. The individual will be required to work extensively at a computer screen and will, at time, sit at a desk for extended periods.
