WHO YOU ARE:
We’re on the lookout for a talented Email Marketing Coordinator to join our dream team. If you’ve got a way with words, a detailed eye for email newsletters, and love coordinating with other departments to sell our amazing products, then you’re the one we want!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Assist in crafting and setting captivating marketing emails that showcase the unique essence of our brands through our online platform.
• Weave compelling marketing copy that adheres to our brand guidelines, captivating our audience with every word.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience across all communication channels, leaving a lasting impression.
• Ignite excitement and engagement within our team by coordinating exciting internal activations that foster a vibrant and motivated work environment.
• Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed about the latest marketing trends, ensuring our brand’s voice remains fresh, relevant, and irresistible.
• Maintain internal tracking spreadsheets that provide valuable insights into the performance and success of our brands.
• Maintain the Customer Reviews section of our website, showcasing the positive experiences and satisfaction of our valued customers.
• Conduct daily usability sweeps to ensure our website flawlessly presents all the amazing deals and specials we have to offer to our customers, leaving no room for missed opportunities.
• Meeting and exceeding goals and deadlines, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that drive our brand forward!

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF:

• Attention to detail is your middle name.
• You’ve got impeccable grammar and proofreading skills that would make any English teacher proud.
• Experience in advertising or marketing copy, knowing how to captivate an audience and drive results.
• Communication is your superpower, whether it’s through writing or speaking.
• Got a degree in Marketing or relevant experience? That’s a huge plus.
• Oh, and did we mention Excel proficiency? That’s like icing on the cake!

HOURS & PAY:

• $17-$24+ d.o.e.
• 9am-5:30pm M-F, in-office only
