Head of Design (position in Costa Mesa, CA 92626):

Direct management and strategic alignment of industrial design operations and design projects specific to premium products and unique design solutions for luxury automobile brand. Through team of designers, promote development of unique and eye-catching, high-end products that optimize functional design and essential form, maintaining product and quality-level consistency and synergizing tradition with advanced technology. Direct evolution of product design vision, strategy, and roadmap, while strengthening corporate branding in U.S. market.

Must have five years of experience in management and strategic alignment of industrial design operations and design projects specific to premium products and unique design solutions for luxury automobile brand. Salary: $105,000 to $140,000 U.S. Dollars per year, commensurate with experience.
