As a key player at the resort, this individual will collaborate with team members across the operation to innovate and organize a seamless experience for our employees. Woodward Park City is a place for learning and progression and this individual will always wear a coaches’ hat and provide training, feedback, and leadership insights. With that said, no task is too small as working in the mountains means we all pick up a shovel, wash dishes and pitch in all aspects of resort operations no matter our title or pay grade.
While every day is different and our roles may shift based on business needs, here is what you can expect to dive into in this role as the Employee Experience Coordinator.
Oversees recruitment of front-line employees including applicant screens, processing background checks, and supporting managers in hiring top talent.
Supports and facilitates employee onboarding, I-9 compliance, orientation, and uniform distribution.
Develops and implements employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Manages and reinforces department procedures, training, and documentation.
Proactively anticipates both employee and business needs and collaborates with leaders across the resort to elevate the employee experience.
Functions as an ambassador of Woodward Park City, modeling and sharing the “culture” with our employees
Asks the right questions and is resourceful in obtaining quality information. Is thoughtful and thorough when interpreting information, making decisions based on that information, and sharing or communicating that information.
