Job Title: Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm

Power Only Transport LLC is truly a “Power Only” transportation company moving new and used trailers throughout the United States for a variety of semi-trailer dealers, manufacturers, entertainment venues, and trailer distributers.

Job Duties:
- Plan, organize and timely assignment of loads in relations to pick-up of trailers based on company and customer requirements as well as driver availability making appropriate updates as necessary
- Communicates assignment of loads to Operations Manager and drivers providing specific loading and shipping requirements.
- Monitor in-transit deliveries managing service issues in order to ensure on-time delivery of loads.
- Assists Safety Manager in completing incident/accident reports as necessary ensuring the proper information is obtained from the drivers
- Ensures all internal/external paperwork meets all company and DOT regulations and procedures
- Monitor drivers’ hours as well as educate them on time management through Omni-Tracs Electronic Logging System (ELD)
- Be the go-to person to trouble shoot issues with the system to help the drivers alleviate any problems.

Requirements:
- Prior experience within the trucking, transportation, and brokerage industry desired
- General knowledge of transportation logistics and coordination
- Proficient in data entry
- Knowledge of Truckwin software a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
