Power Technology Associates, Inc Hiring for VP of Sales & Marketing – Power Electronics to: $150K+ North of Boston Job at East Boston, MA Full Time

Power Technology Associates, Inc. is conducting a search for an experienced senior level sales engineer to lead the sales and marketing effort for a well-established manufacturer of power supplies and power systems. Key customers include large OEM’s, laboratories and universities.

Working closely with the company President, the VP of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for establishing new customers, as well as managing and supporting current customer base. As part of leadership team, the position is responsible for identifying customer needs and developing proposals from a current product portfolio and new designs. The VP of Sales & Marketing will represent the company through daily customer interaction via phone and email, as well as trade show support and occasional customer site visits. This position will support both existing customers and develop new opportunities. Ideal position for for a technical Sales Engineer with a track record of opening new accounts.

Position Requirements:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or other technical discipline.
• Solid experience in technical sales with a preference for power electronics products.
• Proven sales / customer interface skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficient in MS-Office software.
• This is a “Headquarters” position requiring regular office hours..
• Approximately 5% domestic and international travel
• Must be US Citizen or hold Green Card

Pay: To: $150,000.00 per year
