The Lead Technician has a high level of technical ability and can perform all required maintenance services and repairs. The technician must perform quality work, using service information systems and industry standards.
Qualifications & Required Skills
· 2 years minimum experience of automotive technician/repair experience
(ASE Certification a plus)
· Communication and problem solving skills
· Desire to complete tasks correctly the first time
· Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment, delivering quality work
· Be able to pass background check
· Be able to pass a drug screen
· Have own tools
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
· Produce work that generates revenue
· Perform proper vehicle inspections
· Control and monitor service bay procedures
· Educate and train other technicians
· Maintain clean, organized work area
· Assist in all other areas as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $30.00 per hour
