We work with autonomy but are in sync with the bigger strategic picture and ambition. It’s essential we make time for one another and avoid working in isolation. We communicate regularly by aligning with frequent check-ins, virtually or in person. Facilitated by flexible scheduling and a decentralized structure, people independently structure their workday and load.We build cross-functional, dynamic teams and work together across various time zones and cultures. Communicating clearly and openly is critical, as well as being mindful of our diverse backgrounds and circumstances. This can only be accomplished if we give our employees autonomy to shape their environment, generate ideas, and build solutions. We trust our people to do what they think is best – and, in return, equip them with power and information. That doesn’t mean working in isolation; it’s a team effort. Our approach to collaboration is non-hierarchical; we share information openly and widely. This empowerment generates a sense of ownership and ambition. We embrace mistakes. In fact, we encourage you to make some. Mistakes foster innovation and growth. No one has pushed the envelope by following the rules and playing it safe.Diversity is vital. A multitude of thoughts and opinions generate better ideas, and only a culturally rich team brings the best of all worlds to the table. We challenge you to think differently. We want you to voice things that are known to be true – and to value differing perspectives. It’s important that we are aware of our biases and curious about how our different backgrounds impact us. Embracing difference means moving forward. What matters to us as a company extends to how we work with our customers, too. It’s about collaboration, not negotiation or consultation. We like to connect with our customers based on their values; by identifying what matters most and then creating solutions that best fit their goals.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:
