Preferred Home Care of New York, a rapidly growing Licensed Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area is seeking an experienced bilingual Onboarding Specialist for our Spring Valley Office.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The onboarding specialist will respond to new hire inquires in a professional and confidential manner. This individual will educate all new hires on their employee benefits, company policies, compile all new employee files, while enjoying being a part of an ever-expanding team committed to employee fulfilment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Bilingual required
- Proven experience in healthcare/home care coordination, customer service and or staffing
- Working knowledge of HHA Exchange is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively with employee, patients and their families
- Ability to define problems and tasks, collect data and establish facts, take action and resolve issues!

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
