Provides administrative support to both HR & Accounting functions by maintaining records and filing systems, maintaining data bases, and by entering transactions in various systems. The role is primarily transactional in nature, following set procedures, but requires attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility and willingness to learn both functions. Will provide back-up to payroll processing as well as specified HR processes.
Requirements
1 year of administrative work experience in office setting, including working with filing systems, computer programs (Excel, Outlook, Word). Some experience in Human Resources desirable.
Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
