Presidio Government Solutions, LLC Hiring for Subscription Renewals Specialist at United States Full Time

Presidio Government Solutions LLC is seeking a Subscription Specialist to join our team. As a Subscription Renewal Specialist your primary role is to manage PGS customers? Cisco subscriptions, create contract renewal quotes, enter contract renewal orders and work with Account Executives and ISRs in successfully booking renewals. This position works cooperatively with regional management, account executives and inside sales representatives to promote and develop the Cisco branded service practice with the goal of increasing both initial attach rate and renewal rate and growing the overall Cisco service business. The Subscription Renewal Specialist will also interface between the customer and Cisco to renew the contracts in a timely manner.

Major Responsibilities:
Ensuring day-to-day activities align with company policies and procedures

Specialist will focus on current customers and sales in an effort to consult and sell all renewal product options including multiyear and coterminous renewals and capture takeover business.

Renew Cisco contracts, including licenses and subscriptions based on Cisco Ready Report, Contract Downloads and CCW.

Change renewal quotes based on customer feedback, including upsell to EAs, down-sell, and removals.

Working knowledge of Cisco Commerce Workspace, opening cases and escalation paths.

Understanding of Major/Minor relationships and associations.

Organize and clean-up Bill To ID?s and Ship To ID?s

Serial number research

Serve as Subject Matter expert to customers and educate on renewal terms, new support levels, and End of Support equipment.

Collaborate on sales strategies, coordinate quotes and opportunities with Sales teams in effort to drive Cisco services.

Ensure renewal quotes are delivered at least 60 to 90 days prior to expiration dates. (Larger renewals up to 120 days in advance).

Make follow – up calls to existing customers to ensure the renewal is closed before the contract expiration date.

Assist Cisco Program Manager(s) with monitoring and reporting on the metrics of the business such as revenues, profitability, and rebates.

Assist in maintaining customer data and provide post-sales contract administration support including CCO association, merging contracts, update serial numbers for RMA?s and providing the TAC engagement form.

Maintain accurate records of all renewal sales activities and key contacts in the Account.

Educate yourself on Cisco maintenance policies to accurately articulate those policies to your customers.

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.

Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities

Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.

Attends Manufacturer and/or Distributor training as appropriate.

Manage and maintain accurate account and opportunity detail in Salesforce

Performs all other duties as designated by Manager.
