Press Hiring for Restaurant Manager Job at Rockville Centre, NY Full Time

We are looking for a reliable, dependable, and motivated manager to add to our team. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Patron satisfaction is our number one goal, achieved through building relationships in the past decade. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the restaurant
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer needs
• Supervising FOH schedules through our 7shifts application
• Manage food supply and liquor costs through weekly inventory
• Enforce sanitary practices that comply with all New York State COVID restaurant regulations
• Passion for food and hospitality along with a proven ability to lead

Skills

• Excellent leadership, motivational and people skills
• TOAST POS knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint a must
• Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Restaurant Experience: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Preferred)
