The purpose of this role is to lead the vision of the Account Experiences Center of Excellence, which is part of the Client Experience Organization. This team is focused on providing experiential solutions through streamlined processes, use of innovative technology, and efficient use of firmwide resources to accelerate, multiply the impact, productivity, and quality of the services and data needed to grow its revenue and distinguish itself in the marketplace.
