As the Project Manager with PHSC, you will be responsible to ensure that all marketing and creative projects are submitted, executed, and delivered on-time, on-strategy, and on-budget. You will also be responsible for bringing together key stakeholders from across the organization who will contribute time to project implementation to move the project forward.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all areas of the organization to ensure that project design requests are submitted completely, accurately and on-time.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to establish project workflows and timelines.
• Manage the project lifecycle to ensure that all steps are completed, and deadlines are met.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings that bring together groups across the organization.
• Prepare written reports of activities/progress for submission to C-Suite when needed to meet reporting guidelines and deadlines.

Skill Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work simultaneously across multiple projects and systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to challenge others and deliver direct requests and expectations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other project management software tools including MS Excel.
• Strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Masters in business administration, management, health care administration, public health, project management or Project management.
• Certifications (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent desirable.
• Experience as a project manager. Theoretical and practical project management knowledge.
