As an Operations Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of individuals performing aircraft detailing. The scope of work that you will oversee includes aircraft wet washes, dry washes, wipe downs, interior and exterior detailing, buffing, sanding, and brightwork polishing. While this is a demanding role that will include weekend and after-hours work on occasion, it is a rewarding position that comes with advancement opportunities and potential travel assignments for dedicated and committed individuals. The Operations Manager is responsible for all functions at our location, including supervision of all staff members, customer relationships, hiring and staffing, performance management, scheduling, and ensuring that all team members operate according to our safety best practices. The ideal candidate for this role has leadership experience in a frontline working environment and is committed to safety. Previous detailing experience is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES xc2xb7 Serves as liaison between the company and customer, and is responsible for quality of services provided to the customer xc2xb7 Ensures safety and security procedures are in accordance with standards set forth within company standard operating procedures and manuals, and in accordance with international aviation standards xc2xb7 Responsible for recruiting and staffing of the station, following hiring policies and procedures, and ensures staffing levels are maintained to meet internal/external service level/quality assurance standards xc2xb7 Monitors performance of team members and takes action to correct any shortfalls xc2xb7 Sources new sales opportunities xc2xb7 Ensures senior management, corporate safety, and compliance team members are immediately notified of any current or pending audits and their results xc2xb7 Provides guidance and leadership to the team xc2xb7 Investigates and s all accidents, incidents, and irregularities, including work-related accidents/incidents, passenger incidents involving Prime Appearance employees, and property and/or aircraft damage xc2xb7 Complies with all local, state, and federal rules and security measures xc2xb7 Provides s and service delivery measurements as required xc2xb7 Develops and implements the station Emergency Response Plan when necessary xc2xb7 Works shifts as required by the business operations xc2xb7 Promotes and supports workplace diversity initiatives xc2xb7 Possesses the ability to backfill open station leadership positions during times of vacancy REQUIREMENTS xc2xb7 Prior managerial experience required xc2xb7 Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and other stakeholders at the airport xc2xb7 Financially and commercially astute with experience and strong grasp of financial practices including P&L responsibility xc2xb7 Excellent leadership and people management skills xc2xb7 Prior knowledge of aircraft and aircraft industry preferred QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job function acceptably.
