About The Position This is a dually allocated entry-level secretarial/administrative position whereby the incumbent performs a wide variety of office support work for the Director’s Office staff. Duties include answering incoming calls to the Director’s office, resolving inquiries or concerns, and accurately transferring to appropriate staff for assistance.Greet all visitors, maintain the reception area, conference rooms, and break room, and maintain and order office supplies. Typing, using word processing skills, maintaining logs, various reports, and records, maintaining logs, and electronic filing systems. Enters work orders, service requests, and other related duties. All work is performed under the supervision of the Executive Administrative Aide.
