COMPANY OVERVIEW:
We are a Full Service, Custom Supplier for Business to Business Print Management Services geared to serve Print Management services such as, marketing collateral materials – brochures and promotional folders and any direct marketing material, business forms and letter head, corporate signage and wearables. As a member of the Advertising Specialty Industry we also supply companies of all industries and sizes promotional material of all kinds. Other printed materials such as industrial labels, service and employee manuals and business forms of all kinds make up our full suite of custom products & services.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Accounting Data Entry Clerk is responsible for various, general accounting duties. Day-to-day duties such as monitoring and executing on accounts receivables & accounts payables, having a command of the company’s accounting software and tracking cash flow encompass this role. Various and regular report generation and accounting reviews are a large part of this position. Accuracy & a command of accounting principles is a must.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Enter jobs into log | · Create customer & vendor ID’s | ||
· Create part #’s & descriptions | · Enter jobs into system | ||
· Review & monitor postal account | · Generate customer monthly statements | ||
· Verify receipt of order through acknowledgements | · Execute overdue receivables | ||
· Process invoicing – create invoices & sending invoices |

QUALIFICATIONS:
|
|
· Data entry experience | · An accounting degree is desirable |
· Must be able to safely lift items up to 40lbs | · Must be able to multi task and be flexible |
· Proficient in Microsoft Office | · Must be able to meet deadlines |
· Proficient in general software capabilities | · Able to work well with others |
· Proficient in general computer skills and capabilities | · Must have a general sense of office business and business in general |
