A leading dealership in the Alabama / Florida Panhandle area is seeking an experienced Office Manager. To be selected for interviews, candidates must have at least two years of previous experience in automotive dealership billing and accounting.

• Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities – Office Manager:

• Assist the controller with Month End Procedures
• Reconcile the Bank Accounts Daily
• Prepare Bank Deposits
• Manage all areas of the accounting office, data entry, and accounting entries
• Maintain schedules daily
• Research and apply unallocated cash
• Oversee customer accounts, A/R write-offs and payment reversals
• Provide monthly financial and management reports
• Perform other accounting duties and assist with special projects

Requirements – Office Manager:

• Good working knowledge of general office procedures
• 
  Experience in processing vehicle deals is required
• Human Resources and Payroll knowledge is a plus but not required
• Office Management experience preferred
• 
  Good Understanding of how a DMS System Works (Any DMS)
•
