Position Summary: Medical Records is a vital position within our organization. Our next talented employee has experience working with medical records, filing systems, is detailed oriented and has the ability to multi-task. We are looking for a mature individual with an enthusiastic personality who keeps a positive attitude and enjoys working in a comfortable and calm medical office setting.

Medical records experience is strongly preferred. Office location is Schenectady, NY.

• Candidates are poised, confident, team players who possess outstanding multitasking and computer skills
• Current experience with patient medical records, medical management database, and familiarity with health insurance
• Current medical reception or medical customer/patient service preferred

Job Duties:

• Professional individual that is detailed oriented with patient medical information.
• Handles Patient Medical Records and scheduling.

• Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.

• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
