As a key member of the Talent team, the Recruiting Manager is responsible for managing a high volume of recruiting for sophisticated entry, mid and executive level job requisitions. The primary areas of focus include Product Engineering, Information Technology, Medical Economics, and Corporate Functions. You will be responsible for building proactive recruitment and sourcing strategies and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Primary Job Duties:
Partner with Talent Managers, Human Resource Business Partners and Operations, as well as Hiring Managers to determine recruiting needs and facilitate recruiting strategies for all openings
Successfully manage the full lifecycle of a search from sourcing, in-depth candidate screening, setting up interviews, to negotiation/close
Manage the recruitment process for aligned business groups and roles
Proactively conduct research and investigate innovative sourcing tools and approaches for diverse candidates through a variety of methods including, but not limited to: internet searches, social and professional networking groups, referrals and the ability to source existing or former candidates
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of job markets in each geographic area of recruitment, including but not limited to compensation rates
Independently, using consultative skills, advise hiring managers on the profiles of candidates, the approach required to engage the candidate, and the partnership needed to land the candidate for the position
Document all appropriate data as it relates to kicking off a search and candidate status
Own and independently project manage additional side projects
Maintain an understanding of current legislation and employment laws
Perform other duties as assigned
At least 7 years of experience in a high volume recruiting environment for all professional levels to include leadership roles is required.
Product Engineering, Technology and/or IT recruiting experience highly preferred
Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking system) to manage candidates
Consultative skills to manage hiring teams and process
Demonstrated success in direct sourcing for niche positions
Familiarity with recruiting trends and transformations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and networking skills
Demonstrated success in a high-volume, ambiguous and fast-paced environment with tight deliverables
Physical Demands:
Ability to constantly remain in a stationary position
Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer and printer
Ability to read and use close vision, including the ability to do so on a computer screen
Ability to frequently communicate and exchange information
Ability to frequently adjust focus
