Seeking Foremans and Tower Technicians for the Denver Market with experience in cell site construction and troubleshooting. We are supporting the deployment of nation wide infrastructures by connecting and strengthening 5G networks.
The Foreman is responsible for the management of various construction tasks, such as: radio, fiber, coaxial cable, antenna install with testing and analyzing the wireless network. lation, and troubleshooting. Foreman must closely supervise and assist tower technicians to test, analyze, and troubleshoot problems within the wireless network.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with a maximum of 10 hour days based in Denver, Colorado. Weekend overtime is available. Holidays off. We can assist with safety training and certifications.Company will provide new equipment and tools. A truck allowance is available. Company pays for all fuel and hotels when traveling.
Required Certifications:
- OSHA 10 (TT)
- OHSA 30 (Foreman)
- Competent Tower Climber and Rescue
- Competent Rigger
- First Aid/CPR/Bloodborne Pathogens
- Radio Frequency Awareness (RF)
- NFPA-70e
Recommended Certifications:
- NWSA TT1
- Hazcom
- Fiber Testing
Basic Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License
- High School Diploma
- Troubleshooting T-Mobile technology is preferred, but willing to train.
- Willing the travel throughout the market.
- Must be detail-oriented
- Strong technical, written, and oral communication skills
- Team-oriented
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Demonstrated willingness to learn
- Physical ability and the willingness to climb towers in excess of 300 feet
- Physical ability to lift 50 + lbs. and be comfortable working in an outdoor environment in all types of weather
- Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers.
- Ability to obtain applicable certifications
- Good analytical and computer skills
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Testing of new and existing equipment. (i.e Fiber and PIM)
- Installation and maintenance and of fiber optic, coaxial, antennas, RRU’s,cable trays and other related cell site equipment.
- Delegate tasks and daily responsibilities amongst team members
- Work closely with support engineers and integrators to ensure problems are solved for the customer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $250.00 – $325.00 per day
