What We Do

Because we have three main divisions to our company, our services are many. If chosen for the Recruiter / HR Position, you have the opportunity to work from your own home with scheduled hours and 1x per week coming to our Auburn office. Through Pro-Tow and Pro-Enviro, we also offer 24-hour automotive and heavy duty towing services, as well as semi truck accident recovery and spill containment. When required, Pro-Tow will provide load handling and load recovery services as well as on-site truck repair.

Our standard business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but we offer 24-hour towing services. Therefore, we require several after hours dispatchers to answer our phones and dispatch our drivers and technicians as needed.

About the Job

• 20 hours per week plus 4 hour shift 1x per week in our Auburn, WA office.
• Must have successful recruiting experience, and must have experience in the labor market in todays’ trades economy challenges.
• Utilize our applicant tracking software, Office 365 tools, and other modern techniques to recruit, screen, and assist location managers in their hiring process.
• Must be creative and opportunistic in understanding where and how to recruit difficult and sought after skilled trades people.
• Work with management to develop the recruiting, screening, and hiring process.
• Additional information:
• This is a W-2 Position, not a 1099 position.
• This is an overtime and minimum wage exempt position in compliance with RCW 49.56.130 and 49.46.010. This is because you can reside and/or sleep at the place of employment (your home), spending a substantial portion of your worktime not engaged in active duties.

Requirements

• Must have a desktop or laptop computer with Windows, preferably Windows 10 or later.
• Good computer and typing skills.
• Must not use drugs (including marijuana at all, in any method, and have not anytime within the last 6 months) and cannot consume alcohol during working hours.
• Must meet WSP criminal background check standards.
