Our client is a technology university in Boston with five schools focused on Engineering, Computing, Design, and Management. They ranked as one of the best engineering schools by US News & World Report.

As their team grows, they are seeking applicants interested in joining their community as an Administrative/Human Resource Assistant to undertake a variety of Human Resource administrative duties.

Administrative/Human Resource Assistant Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and coordinating staff meetings or appointments
• Preparing communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
• Assisting HR Managers in the whole recruitment life cycle
• Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

Administrative/Human Resource Assistant Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 1-2 years of office support experience
• Has previous calendar management experience
• Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
