We sell business products that every company needs including promotional products, business documents, commercial print and e-solutions.The Account Executive – Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling the day-to-day general office duties and providing telephone support to customers, outside sales reps and vendors.Position Requirements:

• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills are essential
• Strong computer skills required with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook. Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task
• Excellent research skills and experience in using industry search tools

Responsibilities and Duties

• Product research, sourcing and quoting
• Telephone communication with vendors to generate ideas and get pricing
• Working with outside sales with support and issue resolution
• Product presentations to clients using Word, ESP, Power Point
• Process client orders using Excel
• Provide daily order update reports using Excel
• Additional duties as assigned
