RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES The Operations Manager position requires an organized individual that can multi-task and who possesses excellent communication skills.
You should have a keen ability to perform financial analysis and the experience to oversee the entire site operations of all operational departments. The ideal candidate will exhibit strategic attention to detail, have strong leadership qualities, be able to work effectively within a team setting and operate well within a fluid organization with evolving priorities. We are looking for a hands-on team player that is creative and will offer up new and unique ideas and business concepts. In addition, the Site Leader will master all functions related to our many new development projects, as well as all other lines of business. This Operations Manager role will have responsibility for all warehouse and commissary operations, implementing key KPIs allowing management to make informed and timely decisions. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators (KPI’s), including all operational areas. Perform special projects as needed and provide support to the Leadership and management teams. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets for operational areas. Must be detail-oriented, a problem solver, and able to deal with complex situations—ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Ability to handle multiple assignments and tight deadlines Advanced Skills in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
