Progressive Benefit Solutions Hiring for Benefits Implementation Specialist [Employee Navigator] at Remote Full Time

Progressive Benefits Solutions, LLC (PBS), a technology-based benefit administration company, is seeking a Benefits Admin Account Manager who is responsible for the implementation, renewal, and ongoing support of the benefit administration platform for an assigned block of clients.

PBS is a fast-growing technology that specializes in technology aimed at making it easier for employers to purchase and manage their employee benefits in all stages of enrollment. This entails working with carriers and brokers to build private exchanges for specific needs and working with the companies themselves to ensure a readily easy to use platform for administering benefits to their employees.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for a block of clients and respond to inquiries, questions, or requests in a timely and professional manner
• Manage client implementations by tracking project timelines, gathering requirements, system configuration, site testing and conduct HR user trainings
• Process client renewals by gathering required information, configure system for Open Enrollment and site testing
• Expertly address challenging questions and independently troubleshoot system issues while providing answers back to clients that are quick and easy to understand
• The ideal candidate would have experience and would excel at building relationships with our client and broker contacts
• Conduct demonstrations of the platform for potential clients

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in the employee benefits industry
• Experience in implementing and supporting a benefits administration platform is a plus
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient in using virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, GoToMeeting, Microsoft Teams, WebEx)
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Motivated problem solver who can accurately document and communicate issues

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
