Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team to assist in planning, scheduling, and directing activities of subcontractors and workers for large scale renovation projects in existing multi-family buildings located in the NYC area. Primary goal is to ensure work conforms to specifications, adheres to schedule and coordinate site safety program following company safety manual.
Project experience should include renovations of multiple dwellings with residents in place.
Candidate should have good working knowledge of project documents, specifications, shop drawing and other documents. Implement safety policies and promote a safety culture on the jobsite.
Assist in weekly coordination of meeting, prepare monthly requisitions, ensure insurance in place
Must be able to clearly communicate by verbal, written and electronic means to all project members. Language skills in Spanish and/or Russian beneficial.
Must work in harmony with Subcontractors and existing Residents. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related construction software required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
