Schedule Details:Schedule is Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 7:30 AM-4:00 PM with occasional flexibility needed to cover vacation or other staffing needs on Tuesday & Thursdays.
The department assistant will work at the UW Health Heart & Vascular Center at ProHealth Care coordinating and providing guidance to staff for all aspects related to the Heart and Vascular Center Cardiovascular diagnostics department. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to; scheduling patients, coordinating cardiovascular patient & staff schedules, managing requests, pulling reports, answering phones and messages that come into the cardiovascular department, processing incoming records, orders, studies, images and requests, and monitoring the schedules for add on or stat procedures for scheduling and coordination.
Responsible to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties in an organized, timely and accurate manner.
