POSITION SUMMARY
The National Dental Sales Manager’s key responsibility is to be an integral member of the Dental team that is responsible for national sales to provider-owned health insurance companies. This position identifies and cultivates prospects and works with the Paramount Dental team to sell them dental insurance for their employees, their Medicare Advantage supplemental benefit, and help develop a white-labeled commercial dental product. At all times this position is a key element towards representing and carrying forth the Paramount Experience and Company culture.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Skills: Maintain and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills and responsiveness to client base at all times. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Background with proven sales experience preferably to insurance companies. Superior skills for developing strategic planning and setting and attaining sales goals. Excellent skills for communication, reporting, and task planning.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales
License: N/A
Certification: Health insurance license required or obtained within the first three months employment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field, required.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Dental Insurance sales.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Requires packing and carrying product information and supplies to events
Travel: This position requires travel using individual modes of transportation to manage the sales territory.
