ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.
The HR Generalist role is responsible to direct the human resources activities within the center including staff recruitment, training and updating center staff on company personnel policies, procedures, and regulations and monitoring and evaluating human resources systems.

Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree required. Emphasis in human resources management preferred.
Position Requirements
One to three years prior human resources or employee training and development experience, required; Prior experience in health care useful. Demonstrated computer skills desirable.

We are a beautiful, modern 180 bed modern skilled medical rehab/ LTC facility with GREAT co-workers!
Responsibilities include functioning as part of the facility leadership team, Co-Chair of the Safety Committee, employee relations, assisting staff with benefits as needed, recruitment and retention of staff, onboarding new hires, supervision of a Payroll/ HR Assistant, monitoring and tracking of company employee health information and other duties as assigned.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required with emphasis in HR preferred but not required. Extensive experience in HR will be considered in lieu of degree.
