A Property & Supply Manager plans, develops and manages a departmental property and supply program; develops, reviews and revises policies, procedures, rules, regulations and practices for procurement and disposal of supplies, equipment and other material; and performs other related duties as required.

There is one (1) vacancy with the Department of Facility Maintenance, Road Maintenance Division, located in Halawa. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Â
The current vacancy is responsible for all purchasing, supply, and storage operations of the Road Maintenance Division. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Equivalent to graduation from a regionally-accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, the social sciences or a related field.

In order to receive credit for the education, a foreign credential evaluation (FCE) must be provided. Such experience must have demonstrated knowledge of property and supply functions and techniques; sources of supply and market factors; material substitution criteria; inventory management and control systems; principles and practices of supervision; and the ability to develop and implement work programs and assign and supervise the work of subordinates; understand, interpret and explain laws, ordinances and regulations; analyze problems and make sound decisions and recommendations; and develop, revise and implement operational policies, procedures and practices.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT:
Possession of an appropriate valid driver’s license, as required.Â
