If that sounds like you, you might be perfect for the role of Client Success Manager at Propllr.As Client Success Manager – what another PR firm might call an account manager or account executive – you’ll serve as the main point of contact for our startup clients.Working closely with Propllr’s Media Relations and Content Marketing Teams, you’ll keep our work aligned with client objectives, communicate with clients clearly and effectively, maintain quality control, and ensure our efforts have a true impact on our clients’ business.Reporting to Propllr’s Senior Client Success Director, you’ll be responsible for building and managing multiple client relationships while collaborating with our internal teams to deliver results that matter.Core ResponsibilitiesClient Communication: Lead client calls and communications with confidence. We communicate with our clients each and every day via email, video, phone, Slack, and sometimes over a Happy Hour. As Client Success Manager, you’ll be on the front-lines of client communication across your accounts, making sure our clients are always in-the-know about what we’re working on and progress made through the Media Relations and Content Marketing team efforts.Program Strategy: Lead and drive strategy around our media relations and content marketing initiatives. You’ll work with our clients to understand their business, core audiences, marketing objectives, and desired program outcomes – and work with our media and content teams to build out plans that deliver meaningful results.Account Organization: You’ll manage multiple accounts and a variety of projects on an ongoing basis. The Client Success Manager is tasked with keeping tabs on all moving parts of a program (new media opportunities, blog posts, etc.) and making sure program resources (status reports, calendars, strategic plans) are updated accordingly. You’re in charge of making sure projects stay on track and delivering the results of our efforts to clients via status calls, recurring reports, and daily client communications.Writing: In addition to consistent and clear client communications, Client Success team members oversee and draft client awards and speaker submissions, while also supporting the media team on press release drafting as needed.Reporting and Measurement: Recap and deliver updates on our program efforts and present the results of our PR and content initiatives in a clear and concise manner. Client Success team members are tasked with reporting on the team’s accomplishments and successes via daily updates, weekly roundups, biweekly status calls, and quarterly reports.Team Collaboration: Orchestrate program initiatives across the Content Marketing and Media Relations teams, working closely with team leads to deliver on each program’s scope of work.So far so good?
