Prospect College is looking for a Digital Marketing / Social Media Coordinator to join our Washington DC-based team. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, social, and capable of working with students, instructors, and admissions staff. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in search engine optimization, pay-per-click, email marketing, social media marketing and analytics. Experience in education or higher-ed is a plus.

Responsibilities:
The right candidate will help us GENERATE high-value leads and create a stronger social presence.

• Develop pay-per-click campaigns and execute the day-to-day management of marketing.
• Track data and analytics to measure ROI and effectiveness of campaigns.
• Carefully execute all aspects of email marketing.
• Support our admissions teams by generating leads.
• Conduct organic search optimization
• Plan, create, and launch social media content
• Create online and print assets.

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• 2-4+ years of digital marketing experience
• Entry level experience in Photoshop or InDesign
• Experience in marketing promotions and strategy
• Experience in paid and owned digital marketing channels and tools, such as Facebook advertising, Google Adwords, MailChimp, Instagram
• Experience with Google Analytics and SEO
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in education promotion
• This is not a remote position – must work at our Washington D.C. office’
