Responsibilities:
Assist with Relias Training Platform by monitoring Relias inbox, answering basic questions, assisting with password resets
Assist with RBT Program by helping monitor RBT Program inbox and Smartsheet, answering basic questions about the process, and ensuring process is being followed by locations
Perform iCIMS review and cleanup by fixing any errors around spelling, structure of postings, location information, and providing basic assistance on candidate flow
Monitor Onboarding Smartsheet by reviewing Smartsheet multiple times per day and ensuring that any candidates in process are moved to next stage, and flagging any slowdowns for follow up by HR Business Partner or Recruiter
Processing of data files for benefits lookback, BRI funding, and non-billing BTs
Supporting other assigned functions
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
Maintain digital copies of employees’ records
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in an HR role
Effective administration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS office, Smartsheet and related business and communication tools
Fantastic organizational and time management skills
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong soft skills – personable, engaging, and professional
