The Recruiter is responsible for the management of full cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top employees. This role will be responsible for providing new hire candidates an excellent onboarding experience, by guiding the employee through the onboarding process. The Recruiter will collaborate with mangers on a regular basis and proactively identify current and future hiring. The Recruiter will ensure to attract top talent and retain best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a working knowledge of the locations hiring goals and needs to be able to staff all current and new case hours.
Create recruitment plans, identify resources for outreach and staffing needs.
Provide initial screening of applicant pools, as well as phone screens or interviews.
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Prepare all job posting in ATS.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
Maintain and track recruitment data to be able to present to management.
Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback and effective interview format and preparedness.
Act as the main point of contact for all new candidates.
Guide and assist all new candidates through the onboarding process, including extending offer letter and assigning proper state specific hiring forms.
Collaborate with Human Resource team to provide accurate data and communicate when the new candidate is ready for next steps.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree, preferred, in Human Resources or related degree with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in recruiting.
Proven work experience as Recruiter or similar role, preferred in organization with high hiring needs.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably ICIMS and/or ADP WorkForceNow.
Excellent attention to detail and has strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills required.
Strong critical thinking skills.
