Provalus is actively hiring an HR Business Partner to work closely with our Human Resources team on a variety of related-tasks and duties. This individual will support our organization by ensuring smooth and efficient business operations in both administrative and strategic functions. Responsibilities:

• Assist in routine Onboarding and Offboarding of Provalus employees
• Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements (inclusive of routine audits)
• Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the organization, and to improve employee experience
• Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations, applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
• Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relation matters
• Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook
• Partner with Marketing to distribute Anniversary awards
• Provide answers on day-to-day inquiries escalated by employees

Ideal Skills/Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of related HR experience
• Additional HR training or experience is a plus
• Degree in Human Resources or similar is HIGHLY preferred for this position
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
