Providence Place Senior Living of Drums is hiring an experienced sales and marketing professional as the Director of Sales (Sales position). This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented sales professional who loves meeting new people and is passionate about senior care.

The Director of Sales is responsible for developing the community’s occupancy through internal and external marketing efforts to include:

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming telephone inquiries from prospects that result in tours of the community.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents, their families, and professionals using feature-benefit selling techniques.
• Utilize CRM software to manage contacts and follow up activities with customers.
• Train a team of co-workers to effectively handle inquiries and tours when needed.
• Meet with prospects and their families to uncover their needs and recommend solutions.
• Build relationships with senior care and health care professionals that result in referrals to the community.
• Develop a quarterly marketing plan that includes professional outreach, networking, and marketing events that generate new business.
• Ensure a seamless move-in process for new residents and their families by coordinating and communicating with all departments.
• Complete and submit a daily market report that accurately represents the current census, pending move-ins, and available apartments.
• Maintain multiple model apartments that meet the company’s standard.
• Ability to meet monthly sales quota

Experience/Education:

• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college and at least 5 years of sales experience.
