In this position you will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer essential functions, such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities and Duties
Successfully manage applicant tracking systems providing an up-to-date reflection of all applicant stages and correspondence, including but not limited to, outside job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
Conduct and/or assist in pre-screening and interviewing to facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers and leadership team to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Maintain and manage credentialing systems and aptitude assessments used for pre, post, or current employment.
Generate offer letters upon verbal acceptance of the position.
Create thoughtful employee engagement plans and assist the HR department with initiating implementation and providing educational material to staff regarding how to operate platforms.
Attend and participate in meetings pertaining to HR functions, policy changes, and recruitment.
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and employee morale; occupational health and safety; training and development; and exit interviews.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations in addition to recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law via seminars and/or courses.
Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, project and calendar management pertaining to HR task

Proficiency with, or the ability to quickly learn, the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems
Qualifications
Required
Minimum of two years of HR management experience in a call environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
