ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide accurate, consistent, and relevant data to business stakeholders
Optimize and implement new data processes and systems. Maintain HR data tools, reporting, and dashboards.
Produce and deliver standard daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and customized HR reports.
Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.
Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR and TA data and troubleshoot irregularities.
Collect, compile, and analyze HR and TA data, metrics, and statistics, applying this data to make recommendations for improvement
Create, prepare, maintain, and analyze reports and compare data to trends in various HR functions
Collaborate with key partners to define, determine, and implement recommendations and project plans to improve retention and reduce turnover
Maintain data analytics platforms and perform reporting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare charts, reports, and dashboards of data results and present and explain findings to leadership
Assist the CHRO with various data and benchmarking projects
Maintain the day-to-day administration of analytics systems and tools, including security, technical support, and content creation
Demonstrate skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data
Organize information, maintain data integrity, and incorporate data from multiple sources
REQUIRED CREDENTIALS
Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Human Resources or related field
Five or more (5+) years of experience in the areas of HR Reporting, Data Quality and Architecture, People Analytics, Project Management, Advanced Power Bi, Agile (SCRUM), and Business Process Analysis
Advanced capabilities in MS Excel and Power BI
Two or more (2+) years of experience working with UKG/Ultipro and iCIMs systems
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Experience with quantitative and qualitative people data including workforce metrics and employee data
Strong attention to detail and commitment to effectively handle and maintain confidential information
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities; highly flexible
Exhibits strong customer service and able to work with employees of all levels
Ability to work independently on a broad variety of projects
Ability to exercise sound judgement and sensitivity to changing needs
Ability to multi-task across multiple HR disciplines
Complete knowledge of data analysis techniques, tools, and software
Critical thinking and problem-solving skill
