Reputable and growing firm is looking for an experienced Assistant Account Manager to join their Business Management team. A successful applicant will be trustworthy, professional, analytical, detail oriented, computer savvy (Excel and Word), organized and service oriented with 2+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience in the Business Management industry.
Assistant Responsibilities Are As Follows

• General ledger coding
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Bank account reconciliations
• Document management
• Payroll processing
• Research & special projects
• Client and vendor liaison

. Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 2 or more years of business management/accounting experience
• Experience with Datafaction and DF Imaging required
• Analytical, detail oriented and computer savvy (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Team player with excellent time management and communication skills
